Fourth Amendment
The Fourth Amendment states that if you want to convict someone of doing a crime, you must have evidence. It also says that you must have a search warrant to invade someone's property. I think they would use this search warrant if they were doing a case on someone who murdered someone or if someone committed suicide. I think this would be a good reason because then you could find maybe how someone was murdered and if someone tried to commit suicide you could find out why they did it and how they did it.
